Greg has served as COO of DPRA Inc. since 2020. He holds a BSBA in IT management and Master of Science degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. Greg also completed executive programs in leadership, information technology and logistics at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Greg’s many years of professional logistics experience includes transportation, supply chain management, distribution, and in establishing new logistic processes, regulations and IT systems. His experience includes 26 years as an active duty U.S. Marine Corps logistics Officer and seven years as a senior Department of Defense civil servant with the NAVSUP Enterprise where he was awarded the Navy’s 2012 Civilian Logistician of the Year award (Admiral Stanley Arthur award), the 2013 NAVSUP Civilian Logistician of the Year Award and the 2014 Office of Naval Research Pyramid Award. 

Greg served as the Combat Cargo Officer, USS ESSEX and Combat Cargo Assistant, COMPHIBRON 8 and as a logistics Officer with the Marine Corps infantry, various aviation and logistics units, the schoolhouse, the Maritime Prepositioning Ship Program, and at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Butler served on the ground during combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Desert Storm and participated in Operation United Shield in Somalia, Operation Southern Watch in southern Iraq and hostage rescue operations in Beirut.
